I have some MA experience and train Jiu-Jitsu (self-defense, not sport). I do not consider myself an "expert" in MMA, but I do have a deep understanding of what makes people stick to a program - variety, enjoyment, results. Participants enjoy the variety of the workouts and getting to punch, kick, and knee. It's a fun program - and super challenging!

A Great OK Certification but clearly overhyped !!! I've seen several Trainers in my area who have this NASM MMA Certification, however they do not possess any actual Martial Arts Experience, no MA School Training, and no MA Competition Experience. You are not truly an MMA Trainer unless you've actually trained at an MA School and stepped into the competition ring a couple of times. It's just totally laughable in my opinion of Trainers who have this Cert and claim they are Martial Arts Experts. An online NASM MMA course does not make you a Martial Arts Trainer Expert, spending countless years in MA training and competing does!

Love this course! The workouts are fun and add a nice dynamic to opt personal training workouts. My clients love it and will be implementing group mma training camps very soon! I printed out the programme manual which is very useful to have on hand and also for copying the workouts, prep , testing etc for the clients.

Again a great course. Since I've been implementing the knowledge I gained through PES CES into all of my client training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups It was really been a great help for me to finish this valuable course in lesser time than I expected. I must state that the overall the course was well documented with a clear view which I’m sure will make it easy in the practical scenario. Thank you NASM again for this unique one too. I wish this could include a good printed certificate like you offer with PES CES. All the best.

I enjoyed the product and the method of it's delivery. It was interesting and very useful for day to day implementation with a wide variety of clients. The small quizes along the way were also helpful.I do however feel BASIC kick/ punch / block techniques would be a FUN element for boot camp use that incorporate a heavy bag.

I completed this course 6 months ago and I've been implementing the programming into all of my client training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups. Everyone seems to love it! It's fast paced and has so much variety! I've seen so much improvement, in both strength and cardio levels, in my clients. The course was well presented. My only complaint would be that the exercises are a bit difficult to locate in the exercise library. It would be helpful if there was a search box, or if they were listed by equipment. Other than that, this is an excellent course! Very practical!
